The Tides are boutique care homes with heart. I created tone of voice and copy for a brochure showcasing their warm and welcoming ethos.
My priority was to move away from the formal language of care and the perception of homes as stuffy. This was achieved wtih thei place: ‘The Tides family’, an inclusive and inviting collective phrase for the care team, residents, and their nearest and dearest.
And still be professional on the page.
